How do I choose between 3kg, 5kg, and 8kg?

Is it machine washable?

No, do not machine wash (or tumble dry) your Vervi vest. Spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed.

If it gets sweaty, let it air out or pop it in the sun to freshen it up.

What makes Curvi Comfort™ different?

Curvi Comfort™ is designed as a softer alternative to traditional weighted vests that use rigid plates or hard metal weights. Those vests rely on fixed weights that sit in pockets across the chest and back. They can feel bulky, uncomfortable and stiff when you walk. Curvi Comfort™ uses flexible weighting and soft fabric so it moulds to your natural shape. That means less digging, less bouncing, and a smoother feel through the torso and shoulders. Instead of feeling like armour, it feels integrated — secure, stable and comfortable enough for everyday walks.

Can I wear this for other workouts?

Yes, but always speak to your healthcare provider before starting something new. We recommend Vervi weighted vests for walking and, if comfortable, very light jogging. To avoid injury, we don't recommend using a weighted vest for exercises that require bending down (head first) or twisting.

Start light, build gradually, and pay attention to how your body responds — the goal is consistent, supported movement you can repeat comfortably.
