Shipping Policy

At Vervi Collective, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes and certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.

 

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at hello@vervicollective.com for assistance.

 

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please notify us at hello@vervicollective.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds Policy
The Walk-It-In Guarantee

We want you to feel strong, supported, and stoked with your weighted vest — not stuck with something that doesn’t feel right. That’s why we offer our 30-Day Walk it In Guarantee - so you can try your Vervi weighted vest completely risk-free. 

 

Most weighted vests feel slightly odd on the first wear. They're heavier than they look, and your body needs a few sessions to get used to the load distribution. You'll initially feel it on your shoulders - that's normal. As your core and legs get stronger, you won't feel it as much. We've built the wear-in period into our guarantee so you can settle in properly before deciding.

 

Our Promise

Give your Vervi at least three walks before you decide – it will still feel challenging (that’s the point), but if you know you know. If it doesn't feel right after the wear-in, send it back within 30 days for a full refund - return postage on us. Wrong colour or weight? Free swap, postage covered both ways. Email hello@vervicollective.com and we'll get the process started.

 

If the size or weight is wrong, we swap it free.

Too snug, too loose, the wrong weight for where you're at — email hello@vervicollective.com within 30 days. We post you the replacement and a pre-paid postage label original. Postage is on us, both ways. One swap per order.

 

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to hello@vervicollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your vest, with photos of the issue, and we'll get things sorted for you.

  • We accept used vests. The wear-in is the whole point.
  • Original packaging is appreciated, not required.
  • Covers The Poppie and The Kate at all weights — 3kg, 5kg, 8kg.
  • One swap and one refund per customer.

 

The whole point is that it’s risk-free for you. If it's not right, we'd rather you return it for a full refund and move on, rather than have a vest sitting in the back of your wardrobe that you never wear.
