At Vervi Collective, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. Below is our general shipping policy to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes and certain remote locations. For more information, please contact our support team.

 

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at hello@vervicollective.com for assistance.

 

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please notify us at hello@vervicollective.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds Policy

Our Promise
If your Vervi weighted vest doesn’t make you feel fitter and stronger or if it simply isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 60 days of your purchase and our team will refund you in full or exchange your item.

 

Hygiene & Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn. If you'd like to exchange your item, please email hello@vervicollective.com 
 

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to hello@vervicollective.com within 
48 hours after receiving your vest with photos of the issue, and we'll get things sorted for you.
